1. What we own

The software that runs AgricultureToday, its design, the AgricultureToday name and logo, the icon set, the category structure and original editorial text are our property or that of our licensors, and are protected by copyright and database right. © 2026 AgricultureToday. All rights reserved.

2. What members own

Letters, tip-offs and profile material stay the property of the member who sent them. By sending material to us, a member grants the licence described in section 4 of the Terms & Conditions and confirms that they have the right to grant it.

3. What you may do

• Read the site and every story in the open archive.
• Print or share a single article in order to discuss it, or to send it to the person it concerns.
• Quote a short extract of our editorial text with attribution and a link back to the original page.

4. What you may not do

• Scrape, bulk-download or mirror articles, photographs or member data.
• Reproduce our design, section structure or layout on another service.
• Reuse a photograph or a member's material on another platform or in your own advertising.
• Remove copyright marks, watermarks or attribution from anything on the site.

5. Database right

The arrangement and indexing of the reports and archive on this site is protected as a database. Extracting a substantial part of it, whether in one pass or repeatedly, needs our written permission.

6. Reporting infringement

If you believe something published here infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and include what is protected, where it appears, the rights you hold, your postal address and a statement that you are the rights holder or act for one. We remove material as soon as a claim is credible, and we tell the member who posted it.

7. Trade marks of others

Maker names used in reporting — of tractors, harvesters, inputs or supplier brands — belong to their owners and appear only to describe what is being written about. Their presence does not mean that the owner endorses us or advertises with us.
